Welcome to your Castaway Journal for iSurv1vor 29. This is your opportunity to chronicle your experience in Blood vs Water. Use this area to project your thoughts about the game; opinions of players, detailed strategy, thoughts on challenges, and/or anything fun & random!
In line with the Rules and Regulations, you must provide the minimum of two, 2-to-3 minute video confessionals per round, filmed landscape - this may differ based on the speed of the round, however, this is at the discretion of the Production Team. Failing to upkeep your journal will result in an awarded penalty against you. We will remind the cast near the conclusion of each round in your Tribe Skype Groups, so check for Prod posts frequently.
When uploading videos to your journal, please ensure videos are unlisted and not private. Please contact Production if any issues occur. The only set of instructions for you right now; Create an Episode 1 thread, and title it accordingly - "Episode 1, Let the Games Begin."
Please continue this pattern of creating a new thread to go hand-in-hand with the episode we are currently filming. The more you make use of your journal, the more we get to know you as a player. As we get to know you as a player and see your story develop, it may increase the chances of your attendance in a future season. Again, Production is on hand to answer questions.
This season the basic concept of Survivor has changed.
In the game each of you are playing with what we call, "Health Points." Individuals health decreases each day, when you lose a challenge, if you happen to pick up an unlucky disadvantage, etc. On the other side of that, however, you will earn extra health for challenge wins, rewards, and fantastic episode content. After the completion of each Tribal Council, Production will update players health for the Episode.
The goal is not only to Outwit, Outplay, and Outlast the competition, but simultaneously keep yourself alive in The Blasket without hitting 0. Castaways all start at 75 HP, so stabilize yourself and try to keep your health as high as possible at all times.
